Aminata Kamara is a dual certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner at Vital Health & Integrative Care. The practice focuses on psychiatry, wellness and addiction treatment services, providing compassionate and holistic psychotherapy to patients of all ages throughout Virginia.

Aminata has extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She started her career in healthcare in 2011, and has experience in geriatric, hospice, addiction medicine, inpatient and outpatient settings.

Aminata has worked in several major hospitals, including George Washington University Hospital and Inova Fairfax Hospital. She received her psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner degree (PMHNP) through Liberty University.
