My name is Shojuana Watson-Ayers. I believe that seeking therapy is the first step to restoring your life.
I have over 16 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples. I have worked with individuals that have a wide range of concerns, from depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, divorce and parenting to relationship issues and marital difficulty.
My job as a therapist is to help guide individuals through a healing experience from their current situation through self-awareness, positive coping strategies, and empowerment.I believe my role is to help individuals find their inner strength.
My passion is to ensure that the individual feels safe, supported, and heard in our time together. I specialize in several treatment approaches which include cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, Christian counseling, and family systems therapy.
I recognize that we all have a different walk of life and not one approach fits everyone. I am here to foster growth and understanding.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, three beautiful children, friends and attending church. I love to travel, listen to music, and engage in retail therapy!

My name is Jeffrey Williams and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in a number of clinical settings to include community mental health, acute care psychiatric hospitals, Veterans Administration Hospitals, the United States Marine Corp station Quantico, juvenile corrections, and outpatient Substance Abuse treatment programs.
I think therapy should be interactive and dynamic and this is generated from focusing on a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach with a strong grounding in Strengths Perspective. A variety of issues to include Depression and Anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, men’s issues, and personality disorders are areas in which I have particular experience in treating.
The relationship between therapist and client should be one of trust and competence and it should promote open communication and honesty for change to occur. My clinical experiences began in acute psychiatric treatment facilities and have taken me through a variety of environments and populations to include adolescents as well as adults.
I feel the therapeutic relationship can produce change through hard work and guidance as well as creativity and persistence. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important foundations for change.
